Digital Marketing Coaching
This 1-on-1 digital marketing coaching programs are not based on academic theories, it’s based upon my personal experience. I graduated with a degree in information technology from Sacramento California in 2001 with a 3.76 GPA. I have experienced, lived and seen the growth in technology for over 20 years. I have the truth to share with the world about building, running and growing a business using the internet. I created a fully remote cloud based digital marketing agency based on freelancers working together who almost never see each other and spread out across seven cities and three continents.
This is a different kind of 1-on-1 coaching programs. For those who have never dreamed of starting a business to those who already have a successful company. It’s for hard-core entrepreneurs. People who feel like they were born to start, lead, conquer and to make a dent in our universe. For people who believe they are born to make a difference and create a legacy. People who are looking for an edge that’ll help them do more, work 10x smarter, and kick ass. It’s even for people who are stuck in a day jobs who has always dreamed about doing their own thing and get out of the rest race. For people who want to start a side hustle part time while having a full time job. For people who want to do something they love and get paid for it.
Finally, it’s for all those people who’ve never considered going out on their own and starting a business. Maybe you don’t think you’re cut out for it. Maybe you don’t think you have the time, money, or conviction to see it through. Maybe you’re just afraid of putting yourself on the line. Or maybe you just think that business is the devil’s playground. Whatever the reason is this one on one coaching is for you.
They say we can’t possibly compete with the big boys without a hefty marketing and advertising budget. They say we can’t succeed without a local team in place. They say you can’t build a business remotely. That’s exactly what we have done. They say a lot of things but we learnt to ignore the noise and just get to work. I created this one-on-one coaching to to show you how to prove them wrong.
First we will start out by gutting your business to the core. We will take it down to the studs and explain why it’s time to throw out the traditional notions of what it takes to run a business. Then we will rebuild it. You,ll learn how to begin, why you need less than you think, when to launch, how to get the word out, whom and when to hire, and how to keep it under control. Once you start working with me one on one you will have access to all my resources, network and team of leaders to help you grow your business.
If you want to achieve more in the next 90 days, make a bigger impact and grow your business to the next level, this one-on-one coaching program will empower you with the strategies and the breakthroughs to grow exponentially.
You’ll learn the key success insights and strategies from me, my coaching team, mentors, experts, and other like minded entrepreneurs. Today anyone can be in business. Tools that used to be out of reach are now easily accessible. Technology that cost thousands of dollars is now just a few bucks or even free. One person can do the job of two or three or, in some cases, an entire department. Things that was impossible just a few years ago is simple today. You don’t have to deplete your life savings or take on boatloads of risk. Starting your business as a side hustle while keeping your day job can provide all the cash flow you need. You don’t even need an office. Today you can work from home or remotely and collaborate with people you’ve never met who live thousands of miles away.
In the business world, failure has become an expected rite of passage. You’ll hear all the time how nine out of ten new businesses fail. You’ll hear that your businesses chance are slim to none. You’ll hear that failure builds character. People advise, “Fail early and fail often,”. With so much failure in the air, you can’t help it but breathe it in. Don’t inhale. Don’t get fooled by the stats. Other people’s failures are just that: other people’s failures.
If other people can’t market their products or services, it has nothing to do with you. If other people can’t build a team, it has nothing to do with you. If other people can’t price their products or services properly, it has nothing to do with you. If other people can’t earn more than they spend…well, you get the point.
Another common misconception. You need to learn from your mistakes. What do you really learn from mistakes? You might learn what not to do again, but how valuable is that? You still don’t know what to do next.
Contrast that with learning from success. Success gives you real ammunition. When something succeeds, you know what worked and you can do it again. And the next time, you’ll probably do it better. Failure is not a prerequisite for success. A Harvard Business School study found that successful entrepreneurs are more likely to succeed again. Success is the experience that actually counts. Evolution doesn’t linger on past failures, it’s always building upon what worked. So should you! You have the most information when you are doing something, not before you have done it.
Anyone who runs a business that’s sustainable and profitable, whether it’s big or small, should be proud. Anyone who creates a new business is a starter. You don’t need an MBA, a certificate, a fancy suit, a briefcase, or an above average tolerance of risk. You just need an idea, a touch of confidence, and a push to get started.
To do great work, you need to feel that you’re making a difference. That you’re putting a meaningful dent in the universe. That you’re part of something important. Do you want to build just another me to product or do you want to shake things up? What you do is your legacy. If you are going to do something, do something that matters. Many startup companies has came out of nowhere and destroyed old models that has been around for decades. You can do the same in your industry. What you do is what matters, not what you think or say or plan. The most important thing is to begin. The real question is how well you execute.
When you want something bad enough, you make the time regardless of your other obligations. It’s entirely your responsibility to make your dreams come true. Great companies start in garages all the time and yours can too. The truth is every business new or old is governed by the same set of market forces and economic rules. Revenue in, expenses out. Turn a profit or wind up gone. A business without a path to profit isn’t a business, it’s a hobby. Actual businesses have to deal with actual things like bills and payroll. Actual businesses worry about profit from day one. Act like an actual business and you”ll have a much better shot at succeeding.
